Service Description

Oklahoma Pest Control provides professional pest management and extermination services to residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Oklahoma. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection, identification, treatment, and ongoing monitoring for common household pests such as termites, rodents, ants, spiders, cockroaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes, and wildlife intrusions. Specific treatment methods, products used, and service frequencies will be detailed in your individual service agreement or work order. We utilize integrated pest management approaches that may include chemical treatments, baiting systems, exclusion techniques, and preventative recommendations tailored to your property's unique conditions and the pest pressures present in your Oklahoma location.

No Guarantee or Warranty

Oklahoma Pest Control makes no absolute guarantees regarding the complete or permanent elimination of pests from your property. Pest control results depend on numerous variables beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, neighboring property infestations, structural conditions of your building, adherence to our preparation and maintenance recommendations, and the biology and behavior of target pest species. While we employ trained technicians and quality products in accordance with Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry regulations and manufacturer specifications, we cannot warrant that pests will not return following treatment. Any retreatment services will be provided solely in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement, if applicable. No verbal promises or representations supersede these written terms.

User Responsibilities

As a customer of Oklahoma Pest Control, you agree to fulfill certain obligations to facilitate effective service delivery. You must provide accurate information regarding pest activity, property conditions, and any prior treatments when requested. Prior to scheduled service, you are responsible for preparing the premises as instructed, which may include removing pets, covering food preparation surfaces, clearing access to treatment areas, and informing occupants of service timing. You must disclose known allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions of household members or pets that may be relevant to treatment safety. You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians, including ventilation requirements, re-entry timelines, and cleaning restrictions. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may diminish treatment effectiveness and void any retreatment obligations on our part. Payment for services rendered is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oklahoma Pest Control and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, allergic reactions, loss of use, or economic losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that pest control treatments involve inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for following all safety instructions. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and proprietary information displayed on Oklahoma Pest Control's website, marketing materials, service reports, and documentation are the exclusive property of Oklahoma Pest Control or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to our business name, branding elements, treatment protocols, inspection methodologies, and customer communications. You are granted no license or right to use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our materials is strictly prohibited. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to services provided by Oklahoma Pest Control shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. These terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by Oklahoma law, and if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable under Oklahoma law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law while preserving the original intent.

Changes to Terms

Oklahoma Pest Control reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website or other notification methods. Material changes affecting existing service agreements will be communicated to active customers with reasonable advance notice when practicable. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Previous versions of these terms are superseded and no longer in effect.
